Ticket Information
A.C.T. provides three primary ways for patrons to purchase tickets to our major performances. First, patrons can purchase tickets online using our designated ticketing agent, TicketLeap. Additionally, patrons can purchase tickets be contacting our reservation line at 610-255-1634. Finally, patrons may purchase tickets at the door on the day of the performance. Please note that credit cards cannot be accepted at the door.

How much are tickets?
Depending on the performance you're attending, ticket prices can range from $8 - $15. If your company or organization would like to sponsor a murder mystery event, the minimum price is $300 and may increase depending on the venue and other special considerations (i.e. number of patrons attending).
Can I pay by cash or check at the door?
Yes. You can purchase tickets by cash or check up to 30 minutes after a show has started.
Do I need a reservation?
For most performances, reservations are not required to see an A.C.T. performance. Depending on venue (because A.C.T. does not currently have a permanent "home" location), reservations may be required, but will be duly noted when purchasing tickets.
Seat reservation
Typically, general admission seating is only available for A.C.T. performances. However, in special circumstances where a venue can accomodate reserved seats, those seats can be purchased using our ticketing agent, TicketLeap.
Refund policy
All tickets for scheduled shows are fully refundable up to three days (72 hours) after initial purchase, up to one week before the event. However, if something occurs that is beyond your control closer to the event date and you're unable to make it, we will do everything we can to help you.
Cancelled or rescheduled events
If an event is cancelled by A.C.T., you will receive a refund of your purchase. If an event is cancelled and later rescheduled, we will contact you regarding the new date and time of the event. If you're unable to make the new date A.C.T. will provide you with a refund upon request.
Extreme weather
In cases of extreme weather, please call 610-255-1634 to find out if the show has been cancelled. You can also check the A.C.T. website for updates. Please note that in extreme weather, the safety of our cast, crew, and most importantly, you, our patrons, takes precedence over any performance.
